GTG Service Tips: Organize Product Information Before Discussing Testing Requirements

Published:2026-10-10 Views:72 LinkedIn Facebook X

Compile a checklist of the product’s intended use, sales markets, power supply and wireless configuration to help define the testing scope and sample arrangements.

When preparing a testing project, start with a product information sheet explaining what the product does, where it is used and where it will be sold. If a series includes several models, list the main differences and attach complete-product photographs, labels and current manuals to reduce repeated requests for basic information.

The configuration list can include input and output parameters, batteries and associated power supplies, external interfaces, wireless functions, antenna types and common accessories. Mark undecided items as pending confirmation. Do not mix planned configurations with the actual configurations submitted for testing.

Also provide planned sample submission dates, launch schedules and existing testing documents. Confirm sample quantities, operating modes, auxiliary equipment and test tools item by item after project approval. If the product design changes, update the list promptly and inform the project contact.
