1. Introduction to Environmental Reliability Testing
Electrical and electronic products are an integral part of everyday life, with growing attention to their safety and environmental performance. Environmental reliability is the ability of a product to perform its specified functions under defined conditions for a defined period. During design and use, products must continue to operate despite internal stresses and external climatic and mechanical conditions. Test equipment is used to verify this capability.
2. Environmental Reliability Laboratory
The reliability laboratory of a GTG Group affiliate provides dust and water ingress and environmental reliability testing for electronics manufacturers. Comprehensive equipment, a broad standards library and engineering expertise support international and domestic standards including GJB, GB, GB/T, IEC, ISO, EN, MIL-STD, SAE, ASTM, ISTA, JIS, IPC, JEDEC, GM and NISSAN. Testing and validation help customers understand, analyze and improve product reliability.
